The Semi-Final Stage of INJAZ Leadership Course Competition- University Level- was conducted in Al Hussein Cultural Center- Ras ElAin on the August 8, 2010. Out of the 11 teams that were picked in the second screening phase, three leadership projects were selected to compete for the Final Competition. Miss. Dalia Adawia from Global Investment House, Miss. Deema Arafat from Arab Bank, Dr. Tareq Aboghazalih from Nuqul Group and Mr. Diaa Abu Hijleh from Lafarge Jordan Cement were the four judges present to evaluate the 11 projects and at the end selected the top projects according to predetermined judging criteria.
The projects were 'Ibtisama' from Hashemite University under the supervision of INJAZ volunteer, Mr. Muhammad Dalalaa, 'Khatwa' from Aqaba Community College under the supervision of INJAZ volunteer, Ms. Mayson Al Shareef and, finally, 'Lamasat' from Tafeeleh Technical University under the supervision of INJAZ volunteer, Mr. Amjad Al Kraymieen. The final competition will be held in September awarding the best project of INJAZ Leadership Course for 2009/2010.
It is worth mentioning that INJAZ is a national non-profit organization funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development - USAID. In 2001, under the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Abdullah II, INJAZ became an Independent NGO. It is also a Member Nation of Junior Achievement (JA) Worldwide
