Landmark Properties, one of the United Arab Emirates leading property consultants, has appointed Francois Bosman as International Sales Manager to drive the company’s global expansion plans and successfully enhance its marketing services to provide added value for its new and existing International clients in the Gulf region and now expanding in UK and Ireland and in other European exponential markets.
Previously employed at Sherwood’s, Mr. Francois Bosman held the position of a Sales Manager for Spanish properties. Having worked on numerous high net value projects in UAE, he also held the position of a Project Leader at Betterhomes LLC, before he got transferred to the Open Sales Division as a Sales Manager for sheikh Zayed road branch.
Having brought to Landmark more than 5 years of broad and diverse knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate Industry, Mr Francois will manage the expansion of Landmark properties to International markets through customising Landmark’s portfolio according to the ROI expectations and requirements of investors, which will contribute to the company’s continued expansion as well as ensuring client satisfaction remains high. In addition, Mr Francois will pursue a more Direct Marketing approach and will conduct road shows to a targeted audience of investors.
“Our long term vision is obviously to overcome the softening of the local market due to the current and future supply of Projects in Dubai and feel that the International Market penetration would be the sensible approach,” said Francois Bosman, International Sales Manager, Landmark Properties.

Therefore Mr. Bosman will be playing an integral part in seizing the UK market through an International Marketing campaign, in addition to creating a network of International agents.
