Lebanese President Emile Lahoud said Wednesday in Rabat that he hoped his talks with King Mohammed would lead to more political, economic and social cooperation between the two countries, reported the Daily Star newspaper.

Lahoud arrived in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, earlier on Wednesday on a two-day official visit for talks on bilateral ties as well as the recent developments in the Middle East.
