KM Properties sees increased multiple units’ purchases by Abu Dhabi investors
Cityscape has opened successfully yesterday and KM Properties is already leading sales with Abu Dhabi investors visiting the stand expressing interest to purchase multiple units on the portfolio of projects it has reserved for Abu Dhabi property investors to avail of.
“We are delighted that Abu Dhabi investors are showing keen interest of purchasing multiple units from us. This alone signifies that the property investment is very vibrant in all emirates of UAE with Abu Dhabi and Dubai leading the way. Our team has closed out deals mainly on full floor basis and the result is very encouraging given the fact that KM Properties is based in Dubai. We have kept our promise to offer them special rates should they purchase from us direct at the stand during our three days outing here at Cityscape. Customers just need to pay upfront 15 percent of the total purchase value while we assist them with procuring finance assistance form our finance partners Amlak Finance and National Bank of Dubai,” proudly says  Sanjeet Joher, group chief operating officer of KM Holding, the parent company of KM Properties speaking at the sidelines during the exhibition.
“Last Cityscape Dubai KM Properties customers were enjoying as much as 236 percent capital gain which was easily achieved given our projects unique selling points and hot attraction to investors. The capital gain opportunity that the market was talking about in Dubai is now extended for our customers here in Abu Dhabi. KM Properties portfolio of high-appreciating projects all enjoy excellent locations allowing our customers to enjoy higher capital gains,” adds Sanjeet Joher.
This year’s Cityscape Abu Dhabi witnessed high traffic from different sectors of the city visiting the show to look at developments and projects launched and promoted by some of the country’s leading developers. KM Properties on its third year participation is using the exhibition as a platform to communicate and disseminate unique opportunity to earn higher profits from their real estate investments via the company’s property inventories.
“KM Properties at Cityscape Abu Dhabi will also take the opportunity to announce our upcoming launch of our newest luxury residential development in the Artisan Cluster located within the Burj Dubai area. The TAMANI Arts Royal Suites will be unveiled on the evening 21st of May, 2008 in Dubai. This pre-launch will be very exclusive and attendance will be by invitation. Customers visiting us at Cityscape Abu Dhabi will get the opportunity to receive an invite for the event which will be on a limited basis,” remarks Sanjeet.
