Members of the outlawed Mujahedeen Khalq, an Iranian resistance group, have killed one Iranian farm worker and wounded another, sources told the official Iranian news agency (IRNA) on Thursday.
“The terrorist band, which crossed the Iraqi border into Iran on a sabotage mission, hijacked a pick-up in the district of Rahmaniyeh, 30 kilometers from the southwestern port city of Khorramshahr, and took three farmers hostage,” one of the sources said.
“They had earlier beaten up one of the farm workers,” the source added.
