Libyan leader Moammer Kadhafi arrived Friday in N'djamena for bilateral talks with Chadian officials, reported the official Saudi press agency, SPA.
During the visit, Kadhafi will discuss with his Chadian counterpart, Idris Dibi, bilateral relations as well as African and world issues of mutual interest, said the agency.
