Jordan's King Abdullah to hold talks in Russia

His Majesty King Abdullah will pay a working visit to Russia on Wednesday, during which he will meet President Vladimir Putin and hold talks that focus on bilateral cooperation and the latest developments in the Middle East. 

Talks will also focus on the repercussions of the Syrian crisis, according to a Royal Court statement. 

King Abdullah will pay visits to the Vatican and Austria on Monday and Tuesday.

He will meet with Pope Francis and review bilateral relations and ways to boost them, according to the Royal Court. 

The discussions will also focus on boosting cooperation, dialogue and the values on Islamic-Christian coexistence, along with regional developments.

The King will head to Vienna to meet with Austrian President Heinz Fischer and senior officials on Tuesday.
