On the 54th anniversary of Nakseh (setback), Kanaan said that Israel is still committing atrocities against Palestinians, confiscating lands and Judaising Palestinian cities and neighbourhoods, such as Sheikh Jarrah and Silwan, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
He added that the unaltered Jordanian position, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah, the custodian of the Islamic and Christian holy sites, will continue supporting Palestinians, paying tribute to the sacrifices of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army.
