ALBAWABA - A Turkish military cargo aircraft crashed killing all people on board in Georgia on Tuesday during its return trip from Azerbaijan, the Turkish Defence Ministry announced yesterday.

"Our C-130 military cargo plane, which took off from Azerbaijan to return home, has crashed at the Georgia-Azerbaijan border," the ministry posted on X.

All 20 passengers, including the flight crew, who were on board, were killed in the crash.

Jordan's Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs shared condolences with the government and people of Turkey after the horrific accident.

Spokesperson Fouad Majali stressed Amman's solidarity with Turkey, and expressed Jordan's full support for both the Turkish government and its citizens "during this difficult time," Roya News English reported.
