As part of the Kingdom’s strategy to promote the development of the Jordanian banking sector, Jordan Commercial Bank (JCBank) one of the leading banks in the Kingdom recently participated in the Damascus International Fair which was held in the Syrian Capital.

Representing JCBank at the exhibition were Mr. Sultan Jukka, director of JCBank's Main Branch in Amman, and Mr. Jamal Raqqad, director of JCBank's Public Relations Department, who gave in-depth briefings on the Bank’s products and services to the visitors which included a group of senior Syrian officials,  Syrian businessmen and other businessmen from the rest of the region.

Commenting on the participation, Mr Raqqad said, "We are proud to have been part of the Jordanian National Pavillion at the Damascus International Fair which was a huge success.   This falls directly in line with both the Kingdom’s strategy to promote its thriving banking sector and our interest to participate in key events across the region.  By doing so, we aim to showcase our banking experience and expertise in addition to promoting the diversified banking services and products which we offer.”

Raqqad added, "We also believe that JCBank's participation in the Damascus International Fair will open up new venues of cooperation, enhance the bank's image within the regional and international financial industry and create new opportunities to explore new business ventures across the region."
