A total of 38,661 teachers have received the first dose of COVID vaccine, including the 9,455 who were inoculated on Wednesday, according to the Education Ministry.
Secretary General for Financial and Administrative Affairs in the Ministry of Education Najwa Qubeilat said that the national campaign to vaccinate teachers is proceeding according to schedule, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Qubeilat highlighted the importance of the campaign and its goals in realising the safe return to schools in the next academic year, calling on all teachers to register on the national vaccination platform.
