The joint Iranian-German economic commission will convene next week in Berlin, reported the daily Tehran Times on Sunday.
A memorandum of understanding is expected to be inked at the end of the two-day session, said the paper.
Discussion between the two sides will focus on setting up joint ventures between the two countries.
Iran’s foreign minister visited Berlin in February for talks to strengthen bilateral ties.
