Japanese Embassy grants MD 800,000 for young Moroccan students

The Japanese government granted a gift of MD800,000 to the Lalla Meryem organization, which is intended for financing the construction of a new school for young Moroccan students. Le Matin reports that according to an official statement by the embassy of Japan in Morocco, this gift aims at providing a school which will serve six rural communities. A ceremony was recently held for the receipt of this gift when the ambassador of Japan in Morocco, Seigi Hinata, and the presidents of the charity organizations Abdeslam El Hamss and Lalla Meryem were present.
