Itisaluna Inaugurates State-of-the-Art Call Centre

Itisaluna Abr Iraq, the latest National Wireless Fixed Voice and Data Telecommunications Company in Iraq, has officially inaugurated its state-of-the-art call centre, a step considered a mile stone in the company's strategic vision for delivering world-class service to its subscribers.

The call centre is equipped with the latest available technology in the field of contact management in order to respond effectively to customers' needs, combined with a highly- trained staff who underwent series of training sessions in CDMA2000, the most reliable third generation (3G) systems. 

Other training aspects included a number of practical lectures focusing on the concept of customer service and satisfaction.  Employees received training on the company’s services and how to convey them to the subscriber as simply as possible using current telecom terminology; how to deal with difficulties; and different ways of understanding the subscriber’s needs and servicing them in the shortest time possible.  Itisaluna also took care to help team members develop desirable qualities such as being a good listener, dealing politely with all subscribers, and greeting them with welcoming phrases. 

On this occasion a spokesperson from Itisaluna stressed on the company's commitment to deliver first class service to subscribers: "at Itisaluna, We believe that delivering unique service to subscribers requires combining the most sophisticated technology with the best trained staff. Therefore, our call centre is equipped with both vital elements inevitable in any successful call centre".

The call centre has been fully operating since the launching of Itisaluna's wireless fixed voice and internet services in early last March.

Itisaluna's call centre, which operates 24/7, has dealt with and responded to enquiries from subscribers, ranging from questions on service options, ways of activating the service, and Itisaluna's phones, to subscription options and settling bills.

Itisaluna specialises in two main services delivered to the Iraqi market: first, wireless fixed voice service, enables subscribers to make on-network, off-network, and international calls, in addition to many other beneficial services such as SMS, caller line identification, call forward, and other features which were exclusive to mobile phone users only.

Itisaluna offers its customers the privilege of getting full experience from its wireless fixed voice services through enjoying a bundle of additional added-value features: Interactive Voice Response (IVR), ring-back tones, SMS2TV, enables subscribers full interactivity with their favourite TV programmes through sending short messages, as well as the most distinctive feature, FunBox, which offers verses of romantic, classic poetry, horoscopes, jokes and other services.
