ITEC, one of the leading providers of Electronic Document Management (EDC), Business Process Management (BPM) and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, recently participated in the first scientific day for electronic archiving which was organized by the Jordanian Engineers Association (JEA) on the 2nd of May at the Association's headquarters.
The event gathered a rich combination of public and private sector representatives, and a number of specialized companies in electronic imaging and IT- based business solutions in Jordan and the region.
During the event, ITEC delivered a lecture demonstrating the various advantages of implementing electronic document archiving systems, including reducing operational costs of any enterprise and achieving significant revenue growth.
"As a leading provider of document archiving and management solutions in the region, we find it prudent to take part in such events, which help raise awareness about electronic archiving systems and their benefits and provide an opportunity for experience- sharing with key players in the region," said ITEC's General Manager Jihad Jaljouli.

It is important to set this as the main goal of an archiving application and therefore investigate how the archiving system can be best implemented to achieve reduction in operational costs through understanding the client's operational processes and integrate document archiving in line with the already available business applications,” he also added.
