Image Technologies, ITEC, a leading provider of Electronic Document Management (EDM), Business Process Management (BPM) and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions in the Arab region, recently held ECM Master Certificate training Program for its employees, in collaboration with AIIM organization, the Association of Information and Image Management.

The course was conducted by Eng. AIIM recently chose ITEC to be its main regional partner in the Middle East, thus, the training program came to further enhance ITEC's expertise and consultancy services and to provide ITEC's team with international certification, so that ITEC can offer a wide range of professional training and consultancy services for clients and prospects in the region.

"This training course came as part of ITEC's long-term commitment towards the continues development of its qualified team. The reinforcement of their skills in information management and imaging technologies is paramount to the continual success of ITEC in the region,” said ITEC's Executive Director, Mohamad Ameer Al-Dirini.

"It was a great pleasure providing the first AIIM ECM Master Program in Amman. The participants' rich knowledge about the ECM industry was really impressive, and it was very exciting to deal with a group of experienced well trained professionals who were all able and willing to discuss finer points of ECM technologies," said Mr. Visser.  "As AIIM's regional partner, ITEC will be a great asset to us in the Arab region.  ITEC possesses valuable experience in ECM technologies and AIIM has the independent training program based on best practices. Therefore, the combination of the two will give companies and organizations an opportunity to learn more about ECM technologies from a group of talented and well-trained individuals."
