technology coverage with the appointment of Osian ap Garth to the staff. Osian has
previously worked in the industry for a large enterprise application company and
will support IT Europa's already strong but expanding coverage of enterprise
technology. He has worked in several countries around the world and has experience
of many aspects of software, especially databases and web-based systems.
