Israeli soldiers killed two Palestinians in the Gaza Strip on Friday, one in Rafah refugee camp and the other near the Netzer Hazani settlement, witnesses and medics said.
Yassir al-Arja, 25, identified by residents of Rafah's Brazil neighborhood as a scrap dealer, was shot dead while picking through rubble during the Israeli operation near the border with Egypt, witnesses said.
In a separate incident early Friday, occupation soldiers shot dead a Palestinian who approached their position in the Netzer Hazani settlement in the southern Gaza Strip, IDF sources said. Palestinian medics said the 45-year-old man had been unarmed and may have been a farmer from a nearby village. (Albawaba.com)
