ALBAWABA - In a recent development, the Israel Occupation Forces (IOF) has acknowledged the death of some of its highly skilled soldiers in the ongoing conflict in Gaza.

IOF spokesperson Daniel Hagari, during a press briefing, revealed that the toll of the war has been particularly heavy, with the nation mourning the loss of some of its finest military personnel in the Gaza Strip.

The IOF's offensive in the Gaza Strip persists, with a focus on deepening conflicts in key Hamas strongholds located in the southern and northern regions of the territory. The intensification of hostilities stems from comprehensive attacks initiated by both the IOF and Hamas' military wing, the Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades, including airstrikes and ground operations

As of October 7, Israeli occupation has reported significant casualties, with 1,200 Israelis, including 416 soldiers killed, and 5,132 individuals sustaining injuries in the attacks. Meanwhile, the Gaza government reports a staggering toll on the Palestinian side, with the number of casualties reaching 17,177 since October 7, including 7,112 children and 4,885 women. In the West Bank and Jerusalem, 265 Palestinians have lost their lives due to attacks by Israeli Occupation forces and settlers.

The IOF's strategy has also targeted hospitals, compelling the evacuation of tens of thousands of injured and civilians. Tragically, some hospitals have been subject to raids during the occupation, resulting in numerous casualties.

Recent developments indicate that the IOF's actions have extended to southern Lebanon, resulting in the loss of 22 civilian lives, while clashes on the border with Hezbollah have led to the death of 93 Hezbollah members since October 8.
