ALBAWABA - A troop of Israeli forces stormed the Ibn Sina Hospital in the West Bank city of Jenin, killing three Palestinian men.
According to preliminary reports, a pack of Israeli soldiers stormed the third floor of Ibn Sina Hospital and killed the three Palestinians using muffler revolvers then retreated from the area.
Reports said that the three men were members of Al-Qassam Brigades - Jenin Brigade. Later on, Al-Qassam Brigades - Jenin Brigade announced in a statement that "a group of its Resistance fighters were martyred in a cowardly assassination operation carried out by an Israeli special force that infiltrated the Ibn Sina Hospital".
The Israeli military identified one of the men as Mohammed Jalamneh, 27, from Jenin, who it said had contacts with Hamas headquarters abroad and was planning "a raid attack inspired by the October 7th massacre".
There was no immediate Palestinian confirmation of the men’s identities. Voice of Palestine radio reported the killing of three Palestinians at the hospital.
Israeli forces carried out large-scale raids in various areas of the West Bank. In the northern part of Hebron, the Israeli forces raided the town of Surif and the al-Arroub refugee camp, where they arrested released prisoner Muayyad al-Sharabi, as well as Aysar Rabah Fdelat.
Israeli forces also raided the town of Azzun east of Qalqilya and the eastern parts of Nablus city, where confrontations broke out between the Israeli troops and residents of the area.
In the village of Umm Safa west of Ramallah, the Israeli forces arrested Ayham Baher from his home, and Ahmad Fayez Hboub from the town of Beitunya.
