Police arrested three additional suspects early Thursday morning in the mob attack of an IDF ambulance in Majd al-Shams on Monday in which a wounded Syrian being brought to an Israeli hospital for treatment was killed.
Nine suspects had previously been arrested in the incident. Further details of the case remain under gag order.
