ALBAWABA- According to a Lebanese news agency, Israeli drones conducted a raid on the town of Yarin in southern Lebanon, resulting in casualties.

An al-Mayadeen correspondent in the area confirmed that a woman was injured in the attack carried out by an Israeli drone.

The drone strike comes amidst heightened tensions between Hezbollah in South Lebanon and Israeli forces along the Lebanese border.

Hezbollah's involvement, which began on October 8 in solidarity with Gaza and the Palestinian cause, has led to the displacement of tens of thousands of Israeli settlers in northern occupied Palestine.

In a related incident, Israeli media quoted Amit Sofer, head of the Merom HaGalil Regional Council, expressing concern over the situation. Sofer highlighted the ongoing challenges faced by residents of northern Israel, emphasizing the potential economic consequences of accumulating damages.
