ALBAWABA - Israeli Air Force conducted an attack on Lebanon killing Hezbollah commander Muhammad Ali Hamadan, the Israeli army announced on Thursday.

In a post on X, the Israeli Air Force confirmed targeting Hamadan who was responsible for many anti-tank targets towards the northern settlements.

In addition, it also claimed to attack and kill the commander of the Khula area in the Hezbollah organization, Ahmad Matzafa Alhaj Ali, who was in charge of hundreds of anti-aircraft missile launches towards the Kiryat Shmona area.

Israel posted a video showing the operation that targeted two Hezbollah commanders in Lebanon.

This comes after Wednesday's report that an Israeli journalist named Joshua Tartakovsky was arrested in Lebanon after entering the country using a British passport. Lebanese security forces arrested Tartakovsky, who also owns American citizenship, after he raised suspicions due to his behavior.

Since the start of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon on Sept. 23, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced the killing of 2,119 people.
