Israeli troops on Tuesday launched a massive attack on Qassam rocket lauching sites in the Gaza Strip used to fire at Israeli towns.
The attack is the first Israeli offensive on the launching sites since last Thursday, according to Ynet.
In the West Bank, Israeli troops on Tuesday arrested 19 Palestinians, including seven members of Hamas that were apprehended in Hebron.
The remaining men were detained in the areas of Ramallah, Bethlehem and Qalqilya, according to Ynet.
Meanwhile, Palestinian sources confirmed that the 25-year-old female shepherd killed by Israeli soldiers on Monday had died of gunshot wounds, rather than of shock as the Israeli military had claimed, according to RNA.
Nayfa Abu Musaed had apparently approached the Kissufim border crossing near Dir El Balah in the Gaza Strip.
Doctors at theAl Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Dir El Balah stated that Musead died of gunshots to her chest and shoulder.
The Israeli army stated that it is investigating the incident, according to the AP.
