An Israel Air Force Skyhawk warplane crashed south of the West Bank city of Hebron while on a "training flight" Wednesday, and the pilot safely ejected and parachuted to safety, according to Israel Radio.
The report further said a military medical crew was examining the pilot where he landed. The pilot reportedly was retrieved by rescue services after baling out safely from the aircraft. The pilot said the airplane had a mechanical problem. (Albawaba.com)
