The "Islamic State" terror group has blocked all cell phone service in Iraqi's largest city, Mosul, today (Thursday). ISIS leadership is claiming that there are those functioning as 'informants' to the coalition forces via their mobile phones.

Residents described the city as paralyzed and chaotic, with businesses coming to a standstill, following the announcement of their decision on their ISIS radio network, which is based in Mosul, although some said they could still access the internet.

All residents spoke on condition of anonymity for fear of reprisal, the APreport stated.
