IRIS wins one of the CNBC Arabian Property Awards for 2007
Today, IRIS received an official notification of their win by a prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Award in association with Al Qudra Holding. The full extent of this success will be revealed at a glittering gala dinner at the Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai on Tuesday, 23rd October.
The CNBC Arabian Property Awards recognises the highest levels of achievement in a range of fields in the Arabian residential property industry. A total of seventeen awards will be presented at the ceremony including Best Real Estate Agency, Best Golf Development, Best Architecture, Best Interior Designer, Best Property Portal and Best Apartment. The fact that IRIS has earned one of these coveted awards proves that IRIS can not only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive Arabian property arena.
Ashwin Sheth, CEO of IRIS, commented, “We are proud of this achievement and at IRIS we want something iconic that would stand out in Dubai, aiming to be the best in the region. Today’s announcement shows that we’re on the right track, corroborating IRIS position as one of the region’s leading properties. ”
Entries were judged by a highly-distinguished panel of professionals. Chaired by Eric Pickles, British Shadow Secretary of State, this year’s judges included Jonathan Price, President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), Omer Ghani, Director of Sales CNBC Arabiya, and Christopher Hall, immediate past president, National Association of Estate Agents.
IRIS will now be entitled to display the CNBC Arabian Property Awards’ logo in its marketing materials. This symbol of excellence will be recognised and appreciated by the public who are becoming increasingly well informed and discerning about the properties they seek to buy.
