ALBAWABA- In a significant escalation, the Islamic Resistance of Iraq has struck an American military base, with reports indicating that the missile targeted the US Koniko base in Syria.

 The attack comes amid heightened tensions, as the Iraqi resistance intensifies its assaults on US military installations in both Iraq and Syria.

Since October 17, the resistance has increased its operations against American forces, resulting in dozens of casualties among US soldiers. 

The Pentagon has acknowledged these attacks, revealing that pro-Iranian armed groups have launched over 45 assaults on US military bases in Iraq and Syria.

This latest strike underscores the growing challenges faced by the US military in the region, prompting concerns about the security situation and the potential for further hostilities.
