ALBAWABA - One Iraqi pilot was killed and another one was injured in a helicopter crash, the Iraqi defence ministry revealed on Tuesday.
According to the ministry, the helicopter crash happened during a major security operation for provincial elections.
In detail, the accident happened due to a "technical problem" shortly after takeoff from an airbase outside Tuz Khurmatu, south of Kirkuk, AFP reported citing the Iraqi defense.
