Nine bombs Wednesday morning leave at least 12 dead in Iraq's capital

At least 12 people have been killed in Baghdad from nine bombs that detonated Wednesday morning, according to Agence France Presse.

The bombs allegedly exploded in Shiite-majority areas of Baghdad.

More than 60 other individuals were wounded in the attacks, two of which were roadside bombs and seven which were car bombs.
