ALBAWABA - After Israel's attacks that killed the second top person and a key pillar in Iran, Ali Larijani, Israeli media said that a growing possibility in Tel Aviv that the Iranian regime could collapse.
In addition, Israeli Channel 14 also mentioned that Gholamreza Soleimani, a senior officer in the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and commander of the paramilitary Basij forces, was also targeted in the attack.
The Israeli channel i24NEWS quoted a senior political source as saying that "the downfall of the mullahs' regime is a realistic possibility," but added that "this possibility may take some additional time."

Iran launched a missile barrage, which the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said involved 100 sophisticated missiles, in retaliation for the assassination of Ali Larijani, secretary of the Supreme National Security Council.
According to Israeli sources, the Iranian attack killed two Israelis and injured six others in strikes on Tel Aviv and other areas across Israel.
On the first day of war, Israel and the U.S. carried out airstrikes across Iran, killing senior Iranian politicians and military officials, in addition to then-supreme leader Ali Khamenei and multiple members of his family.
After the death of Khamenei, his son, Mojtaba, was named as the new supreme leader of the Islamic Regime.
