Iranian professor Hossein Beikbaghban will be awarded French Academic Palms in November. <i>Tehran Times</i> reports that Prof. Beikbaghban is the head of the Orientology Department of Universitי Marc Bloch in Strasbourg. Beikbaghan has been teaching Persian civilization, language, and literature for over thirty seven years in France, and has also established the Persian language and literature course at the Marc Bloch University.
