Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Monday received President Mohammad Khatami on the threshold of the latter's departure for Switzerland.
During the meeting, Khatami outlined schedule of his visit to Switzerland, IRNA reported.
President Mohammad Khatami was to leave for Switzerland Monday to attend the world economic forum (WEF) to be held in Davos on January 21-25. The President is planned to hold a number of meeting with senior European officials on the sideline of the forum.
