ALBAWABA - According to an American press piece, Iran is anticipated to strike Israel within 24 to 48 hours, despite no final decision. The US Embassy in Israel also warned its staff.
Iran may strike Israel within 24–48 hours, according to the Wall Street Journal. According to the publication, this strike might target southern or northern Israel.
According to a source close to Iranian leaders, assault preparations are being discussed but not decided.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's counselor said, "The attack plans are before the supreme leader, and he is still evaluating the political risks."
The US Embassy in Israel warned about it. The embassy gave its staff in the country a written warning not to leave their central places.
US State Department Spokesperson Matthew Miller said, "We are concerned about the tension."
Miller said, "Middle East tensions continue to worry us. We have been working to alleviate and contain this since the October 7 attacks, and we are particularly concerned about Iran's threats to Israel and the Israeli people in recent days."
Miller noted that they are also discussing Iran-Israel tensions with Turkey.
Miller says, "Secretary Blinken has engaged in a series of diplomatic discussions with foreign counterparts, including Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, and Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal Bin Farhan, over the past 24 hours, clearly stating that escalating tension is not in anyone's interest and countries should urge Iran not to escalate tensions."
