In Iran, first Vice President Mohammad-Reza Aref has congratulated Muhammad Naji Al-Atri on his appointment as new Syrian Prime Minister.
In a message sent to Al-Atri, Aref expressed hope that in light of the goodwill and efforts of both countries' leaders, mutual ties between Tehran and Damascus would be further strengthened in the future. (Albawaba.com)
