Iranian security forces have arrested a member of the outlawed Turkish Congress for Democracy and Freedom in Kurdistan (KADEK) - formerly known as the PKK - near the Islamic republic's northwestern border with Turkey, a report said Tuesday.
Shargh paper quoted Abbas Khorshidi, a deputy governor general in charge of security for Iran's Western Azerbaijan province, as saying the man turned himself in to police a week ago.
The man, arrested in the city of Orumiyeh, was not identified. (Albawaba.com)
