Iran and Morocco have pledged to further expand trade ties during a meeting between the two countries’ labor ministers in Tehran on Friday, reported the official Iranian news agency (IRNA).
Iran's Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Hossein Kamali and his Moroccan counterpart, Mustapha Mansouri, announced their countries’ readiness for the expansion of the mutual trade cooperation.
Mansouri praised the current friendly ties between Tehran and Rabat and urged promotion of relations in different fields. He referred to the last winter's visit of Moroccan Prime Minister Abderrahmane Youssoufi to Tehran as a suitable ground for the expansion of the bilateral cooperation in the fields of culture, politics, trade and economy, said IRNA.
He also announced his country's readiness for the fulfillment of the cooperation such as participating in the two sides' trade fairs.
Emphasizing the need to activate the two countries' private sectors, the Iranian minister announced his country's readiness and necessary capability for the expansion of the bilateral industrial and economic relations.
He insisted on the promotion of cooperation in the field of fisheries, said the agency -- Albawaba.com
