Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Wednesday that the "enemies have not been able to prevent progress and development in the Islamic Iran." He spoke one day after a U.N. report hinted Iran is aiming at developing atomic bomb.

According to IRNA, the Iranian leader said the "enemies have shamelessly accused the Iranian nation of supporting terrorism. "

Addressing a large gathering of local people, he reiterated that the enemies see their progress and development in the plundering of the wealth and resources of other nations.  He reiterated that certain countries "wage wars, occupy territories, massacre people, commit crimes and plunder resources of nations for the sake of the Zionist criminals. "

"They accuse Iran of advocating terrorism while the Islamic Republic has been the victim of terrorism in the past three decades," the Iranian leader conveyed.
