ALBAWABA - Iranian authorities announced the cancellation of flights at Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan, Bushehr, and the west of the country airports until 6 a.m. on Monday.

The cancellation came a day after Tehran announced a drone attack against Israel in retaliation for a deadly strike on Iran's Damascus consulate during which seven IRGC members were killed.

In a message following the operation against Israel, Iran President Ebrahim Raisi said: "The brave men of the armed forces are monitoring the developments in the region and are monitoring every movement, and if the Zionist regime or its supporters show reckless behavior, they will receive a decisive and far stronger response."

Furthermore, the Iranian Foreign Ministry summoned the ambassadors of Britain, France and Germany over their countries' positions regarding Tehran's attack on Israel.

"Last night Iran fired over 300 ballistic missiles, UAVs and cruise missiles towards Israel," Israeli army spokesperson Daniel Hagari said in a televised speech on Sunday.

Israel is going to be holding a war cabinet meeting at 3:30 p.m. today to discuss ways of the Israeli response to the Iranian attack while Iran vows a bigger response if Israel attacks Iran.
