A 13-member ring of forgers of Saudi Arabian entry visas were arrested by Iranian authorities on Monday, reported Tehran Times Tuesday.
The report did not reveal the identities of the suspects, but said the fake documents “paved the way for people to make undocumented Hajj pilgrimages to Mecca.”
