After shocks continued into Wednesday morning in Iran, with more than 80 recorded since Tuesday's 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck near Bushehr, the BBC reported.
At least 37 people were killed and more than 850 injured after the earthquake, which destroyed 12 villages, forcing some residents to spend Tuesday night in the open air.
Iran's Red Crescent has declared the search and rescue operation over, saying it will now begin relocating those families affected by the disaster.
Tens of aftershocks continued to rock Iran throughout the night into Wednesday morning, the strongest being a 5.4 magnitude shudder which struck within an hour of the initial tremor.
Govvernor of Bushehr Fereydun Hasanvand said that 750 of the wounded suffered minor injuries, whilst the rest had been sent to regional hospitals, in reports on Iranian television.
