P & T Architects and Engineers Ltd. (Dubai Branch) celebrated this week as they were joined by VIP’s from Hong Kong and around the region at a Cocktail Event to mark the end of their second successful year in Dubai. One of a number of internationally renowned architectural companies who have been drawn to Dubai over recent years, P & T are working on a variety of projects including the $2 billion City of Arabia, which forms part of Dubailand.
Nick Burns, CEO of P & T Group in Hong Kong, commented, “We have built our practice here over a number of years as property development and construction have become key industries in the GCC. With our business firmly established, we decided to invite our friends and clients to join us in recognition of the success we have achieved so far and the growth we foresee for P & T in the future. “
P&T has been working in the Middle East since 1998, and finally decided to establish an office in Dubai as their involvement in the region grew. Current projects, besides City of Arabia, include the Dubailand Planetarium, as well as towers in the Business Bay and in Ajman. With the office in Dubai up and running they are also actively pursuing opportunities in Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Abu Dhabi and other Emirates of the UAE. An office was registered and opened in Abu Dhabi earlier this year whilst the company works through associations in Qatar, Bahrain, and Egypt.
Combining a wealth of international experience with knowledge of local conditions and markets, P & T are able to offer a turnkey package to their regional clients combining Architecture, Structure and MEP service under one roof.
