The Institute for Information Industry (III), one of the world's leading information technology institutes, has announced the formation of a new company in Middle East with Amjaad Capital , a leading advisory and project development company headquarter in Qatar.
 
The new company , Innotech , will be based in Qatar and will initially focus on servicing clients in the Gulf countries , with the aim of creating a world class integrated ICT company, and further demonstrating III's commitment to providing its world leading products, solutions and expertise to emerging markets around the Middle East .
 
Innotech's strategy, which focus on offering a variety of integrated IT and consulting services and solutions to clients from the telecom, banking, insurance, manufacturing and distribution, healthcare, education and government sectors in the region.

We have been investigating the opportunities for (III) services in the Middle East and identified the need for setting up a joint venture in the region to service our clients closely. This approach will enable us to offer all our solutions” said Tsai, Diana, Managing Director of International Group in (III).
 
“ Information Technology (IT) spending in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) will exceed $40 billion during the current year. The six countries constituting the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC) will account for almost 23 percent of that total and it is forecasted the Gulf information technology market will cross $12 billion by 2011, representing a growth of almost 12 percent. . There is a huge need for high quality products, services and skilled personnel to deliver this demand and growth” explained Ahmed Alsheeb, Chairman of Amjaad Capital. “III's wealth of experience in transforming Taiwan to a digital society and a leading country in the world in IT will be available to public and private sectors who are looking for the best.”
