ALBAWABA - META company, owned by Mark Zuckerberg, has closed the famous account of Eye on Palestine.
According to activists, the pro-Palestinian page Eye on Palestine was sharing videos and photos from the latest Israeli attacks on Gaza before it was shut down. They attributed the reason behind the closer being because of META's policy towards pro-Palestine content.

Eye on Palestine is a very prominent account that shares content on Instagram highlighting Israeli aggression in Gaza.
Furthermore, some activists added that META company also closed the other pro-Palestinian account "Palestine.pixel".
Activists rebuked the META's decision to close pro-Palestinian accounts and accused them of censoring freedom of speech.
META, which moderates Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp, has been restricting the appearance of content that is pro-Palestine.
