Oracle, the world’s largest enterprise software company, is helping leading firms across the Middle East to find ways in which they can create an entirely paperless office environment while managing their human capital talent development.

The Oracle Human Capital Management Executive Roundtables, which were held across the Middle East at various locations, were designed specifically to address how organizations can manage their human assets, nurture talents, and administer human resources processes with the help of advanced human resources management systems such like the Oracle HRMS (Human Resources Management System) suite of applications.

“The objective of the Oracle Human Capital Management Executive Roundtable series was to share ideas and experiences with IT and HR managers on how IT can help HR, in order to make businesses more efficient and secure the highest possible return on investment in employees,” said Ayman Abouseif, managing director, Gulf States, Oracle.

The series of roundtable focused on topics such as how an organization can transform its HR processes, and adopt best practices for increasing efficiencies and reducing administrative work. As well as a forum for discussion of HR issues, the roundtables also provided an opportunity for companies to learn about Oracle’s Human Capital Management solutions, which cover all aspects of the employment cycle including planning, recruiting, training, performance management, career development, succession planning and compensation.

“Middle East-based companies are keen to find more efficient ways to attract, retain and manage talent,” concluded Abouseif. “Solutions like Oracle HRMS are leading the way in enabling companies to implement talent management strategies.”

Decision-makers from several leading organizations from the Middle East attended the Oracle Human Capital Management Executive Roundtables. The delegates had lively discussions about talent management trends, supporting Gulf nationals in playing a more active role in the private and public sectors, developing skills and competencies, and the role of IT solutions in supporting the HR function in today’s organization.
