Indonesian President Megawati Sukarnoputri on Sunday left for a visit to Libya, Tunisia and the US.
She and husband Taufik Kiemas as well as high-ranking officials will visit the United States and afterwards are to fly to Tunis and hold talks with President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali on Thursday.
Megawati will become the first Indonesian president to visit Tripoli when she arrives there on Friday to meet Libyan leader Col. Moamer Kadhafi. (Albawaba.com)
