Chef Manoharan, who is in change of the Maharaja Indian Signature Restaurant at Ramses Hilton has recently started the Indian culinary demonstration sessions with the cooperation of the Indian Culture Centre in Cairo.
The session was a demonstration of how to prepare and cook a complete Indian menu, starter, main course and dessert and how to use the famous Indian spices and how to use the Tradional Tandoori oven.
H.E. Mrs. Suchitra Durai, Wife of the Indian Ambassador in Cairo and Director of the Indian Culture Centre in Cairo gave a very interesting presentation about Indian culture and presented lovely pictures about the Indian Marriage Ceremonies, which was very appreciated by all attendance.
