i2 launches Johannesburg Headquarters
I2, the region’s largest and most diverse mobile phone provider in the Middle East and Africa, announced the opening of its headquarters in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The new headquarters is set to meet the growing demands of its group and the company's broad expansion in the region.
“i2 Jordan is proud of the new headquarters which reflects the strong demand in the region and assures our dedication to providing our clients with the best services and devices available in the market” Said Qais Abu Khader, Marketing Director, i2, Jordan.
The Johannesburg office will oversee all i2 operations in the Sub-Sahara region (Ghana, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Angola, reunion and Senegal) especially with the increase of its retail shops in those areas.
This new headquarters comes along side with a plan to increase i2’s existence in the region by opening more retail shops to meet the great demand of the market especially after the great success that the company has achieved last year.
I2 has recently opened its main digital shop in Saudi Arabia that will provide a wide range of information technology products as well as mobile phones from the best brands.
i2 Regional Group was founded in 1993 in Saudi Arabia, with a network covering 22 countries in the Middle East and Africa. Today i2 is supported by its 2676 professional multinational staff coming from 38 countries across the Globe.
