Hyatt Extends Brand Into Home Market With New Online Store Featuring White Glove Delivery Service

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is expanding the Hyatt Touch to the retail home décor and furnishings market through the launch of HyattAtHome.com, an online store featuring high quality Hyatt and partner-branded luxury products. The new HyattAtHome.com store, its products and delivery service parallel the culturally authentic experience guests expect from Hyatt, a leading collection of 217 hotels and
resorts consistently rated among the best properties around the world.

of electronic distribution, Hyatt Hotels Corporation. “We are now able to offer those
products to our guests in their homes, so they can feel the Hyatt Touch whenever they
choose.”

Following the easy to navigate online store experience, customers who purchase
Hyatt’s Grand Bed™ are treated to HyattAtHome.com’s White Glove Delivery service,
an example of Hyatt extending their well-known customer service to their new retail
program. White Glove Delivery Service includes red bow wrapping around the mattress,
complete assembly and removal of old mattress upon request.*
