ALBAWABA- In a recent press release, the spokesperson for the Houthi group in Yemen announced a targeted operation by the naval forces of the Yemeni Armed Forces against the commercial ship "MSC UNITED," utilizing suitable naval missiles.

The operation was initiated after the ship's crew rejected the naval forces' calls for the third time and ignored repeated warning flares.

He further adds that the Yemeni Forces' drone air force conducted a military operation using multiple drones on military targets in the Umm al-Rashrash area (Eilat) and other locations in occupied Palestine.

Emphasizing their commitment, the Houthis spokesperson reiterated the Yemeni people's unconditional support for the Palestinian people, viewing it as a religious, ethical, and humanitarian duty.

They confirmed the ongoing operations in the Red and Arabian Seas against Israeli ships or those en route to the ports of occupied Palestine. This ensures the entry of essential supplies, including food and medicine, to the Gaza Strip.

The Yemeni Armed Forces restated their previous stance on preventing the passage of all Israeli ships or those heading to the ports of occupied Palestine.

However, they assured the continued movement of maritime navigation to all destinations except those related to the Israeli entity.
